hi, just an update,  before this post i remember doing an accuracy calibration, printed out the sheet reloaded the printed test sheet and followed the instructions and all seemed fine (so i thought) i think the accuracy calibration didnt work dont ask me why , so i set accuracy to factory and all has been fine for 98% of the time , a lot better i know i will never get 100% satisfation on production nor 100% quality but it does the job suited for the jobs i have so i am well happy, just posted this so i could help others on this site like this site has helped me 🙂
