HP Latex 335 Printer
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Two weeks ago, for the second time in several months on my HP Latex 335, I got an error(26.04:10) ''ink leakage detected in cyan supply, which basically does not exist, there is no trace of any paint leak or damage to the cartridge or ink supply system. We(serviceman of HP Latex plotter) change the PIP floater & ISS sensor but did not solve the problem. I destroyed two other new cyan cartridges, but to my detriment the problem remains, I can't solve it. Also, the service support here(North Macedonia) is terribly weak, and the only service could not resolve it. In the meantime, I called the support of the surrounding countries and the authorized service providers of HP Latex plotters over the phone-online support. Please for your help &  support which I need very much to solve this problem. I just did not get a precise answer how to remove this terrible & fake error???!

If your training on this model is limited I suggest you locate an authorized technician who can attend onsite.
