configured A1 and A3 Designjet T230 only prints A4

BUT plotter will not print other than a A4.

 I have a Desgnjet T210 and I have had a bunch of problems with getting the proper Driver software and getting it installed properly.

I have gotten down to knowing the only technician in the support structure who knows how to get this done. I have signed up for a long term warrenty coverage. However, I fear there will come a time when  no one in HP really knows how to get this class of printers working properly, especially when it is a difficult problem.

when I survey the industry for Wide format printers finding a product other than HP that is affordable--there is almost nothing there.

thanks for your reply. It seems like this is a common issue with the T210 and T230. One would hope HP looks into the issue and improve!  I manage to get the A1 set-up done but it only provides me with that print option if I work via the HP Smart app (which does not always want to log in,,,) I also found that downloading the driver from HP official works better than having you PC find and connect with the plotter.
