I have a Designjet T1600 with error code 0065-0003-0074 Analog encoder PCA NVM issue. The motor I ordered didn't come with the encoder pca. I can't find the part number for the encoder pca anywhere. In the service manual, it shows the motor with the pca attached to it. I assumed it came together with the part number CR357-67009. Any idea where I can get this encoder pca? Also, if anyone has had this error code, what did you do to fix it?

The encoder comes with the motor according to the service quide. If you ordered the motor from anyone other than HP then it is likely they scammed you. If you ordered from HP contact them and ask for an RMA and replacement. Encoder board is not listed separately.
