Hi,

Problem: Blue Screen Error B3320C36 / 00541654 / B87E7110 / B85F181C / b87e1f54 or any blue screen type error for HP DesignJet T120/T520 Printer.

These type error come on after new HP Ink Cartridge replaced or after restart the printer or day after tomorrow srat the printer, printer shows given error like that.

Please at first try isolating the printer, remove inks, printhead, connectivity cables, another power outlet and then turn the printer on.

Main reason for the Encrypted Chip, which is not orderable to HP. That's why need order whole main board.

If still problem persist, please replace the Main PCA and Encrypted Kit. That is the proper channel.

Main PCA for HP DesignJet T520 Printe (P/N: CQ890-67097 ) - 36"

Main PCA for HP DesignJet T520 Printe (P/N: CQ890-67023) - 24"

Main PCA for HP DesignJet T120 Printe (P/N: CQ891-67019)

It is my understanding that the new Main PCA should come with the USB with the FW. Make sure it is there before installing the new main PCA.

If problems with the FW, will not recommend you to use the old USB with the firmware again.

If not covered under warranty you may replace Encrypted chip which is failed on the mainboard inside the printer you can buy it on ebay:

Hi,

Try connecting the printer to another wall outlet and changing the power cord.

If you still have problems, you might need to replace the Main PCA

Hi,

Isolate the printer, remove ink cartridge, printhead and paper

Try another power cable and power outlet

If the issue persist use the CQ890-67105 USB New Module with F/W SV

Good news, that's a lot cheaper than the Main PCA Smiley Happy
