Product: HP DesignJet T 1700

When starting the printer HP DesignJet T1700, 10 % loading and then a message <System error 0001-0002-0004> appears .

I tried to enter the diagnostic menu, but it's not working - same message. Can anyone help and do you ever meet this error? Thanx

This error is related to an issue with the Mechatronics PCA. Steps are to reboot printer, if error persists update firmware to current revision and if error presists you will need to replace the mechatronics PCA. To update the firmware using emergency mode, copy latest firmware to USB stick. power off the printer, insert the usb stick  into the port next to the control panel and then turn printer on and follow the instructions on the screen.
