Product: HP DesignJet T 1700

When starting the printer HP DesignJet T1700, 10 % loading and then a message <System error 0001-0002-0004> appears .

I tried to enter the diagnostic menu, but it's not working - same message. Can anyone help and do you ever meet this error? Thanx
