Product: T2300 multifunction plotter
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 7 (32-bit)

i cant get my scanner to work and i am getting an error 09.02.10 when the unit boots up. i have tried calibration and revalidating it with no luck it lights up but will not even draw calibration paper into it.

This code - 09.02:10 means: CIS A Element is failing and have to be replaced.

Go to service manual on page 420 Chapter 6:
