Can't find this error. Anyone know what it is?

Hi,

 

The error means that one of the CIS elements is faling.

CIS E to be exact

 

Try reseating the cable, if u still have the problem, replace it.

 

Here is the part #

 

CN727-69010 CIS element - Located below the glass plate - For Designjet printers

Hi,

 

The error means that one of the CIS elements is faling.
