What is an "Severe error: 0x3010002 - Task: tMach - File: sequence.c - Line: 758" and how do you clear it.

This error is the same as a 21:10 error. This indicates a problem with the service station. It can be caused by a bad aerosol fan or blockage preventing the service station from moving properly. Service station is on the right side of the printer, you can open the window and look in to see if there is something in there like a piece of paper. Common on units this old is that there is just too much old waste ink that has dried out and is now blocking the station from moving properly.
