Product: HP DesignJet Z6200 42-in Photo Production Printer

GOOD MORNING! i was given a hp designjet Z6200 

my guess is it hasent been used in years

i plugged everthing in and turned it on the green light is flashing and there is a message on the screen 

I have seen people be asked if there was a beep, i am gettin no beep just this message

i know nothing about this printer to start with hoping someone can help me
