I buy this printer in august last year HP latex 315 I hire an electrician to do my plugs for the printer them I buy also a transformer to make sure the printer requirements when installers arrive at my home call HP to make sure my printer was ok to work with this transformers and they say was ok since that day my printer has many problems that change many parts and my printer not work correctly not Hp Baughman Michael AMS LF Services denies nyes my warranty claiming the installers saying my electrical problems with its a lie because I used a transformer to ensure the electrical it's correct the installers from the beginning check the electricity and was correct I believe the installers are no certify or have real knowledge what are they doing and HP denied my warranty services how to complain about by law with consumer affairs or Hp corporation?
