help the community to solve error 0021-0002-0060 on my hp design jet z6

That error references an obstruction to the movement of the service station motor. Look for paper or any other objects that might be blocking the movement of the motor. If nothing can be found then replacing the service station is recommended. If error still persists the mechatronics pca next.
