Here's what the service manual says:

System Error:
24:10
Problem Description:
Ink Cartridge broken bag detected (tubes unusable).
Corrective Action:
Try the following:
• Remove the Ink Cartridges and check for ink leakage in the ISS area.
• Perform the “Bag Broken Recovery” Diagnostic (⇒ Page 112) to further troubleshoot the
error code.

As far as I know, the D5800 shares the same manual as the Z6100.  Here's a link to the service manual:

https://cdn.shopify.com/s/files/1/1083/1086/files/Z6100_Service_Manual.pdf?9878984334271461826

If that link doesn't open the whole manual you can go to this link:

https://www.lpscomputer.com/products/q6651-60270-designjet-omas-module?_pos=1&_sid=df987f0b8&_ss=r

Take a look at the page and it will show you a link to the service manual, which is where I got the link for the PDF.

Follow the instructions for clearing a broken bag error and let us know what happens.  There are other steps to take to clear it if the instructions in the manual don't work out.

I don't work for HP....I just repair their printers.
