hp designjet t520 v4 driver problem

Foi realizada uma atualização e foi instalado o Driver da versão Type Model V4, com isso os computadores clientes não estão recebendo o driver para instalação local, onde um driver genérico é disponibilizado pelo windows. Encontrei alguns fóruns informando que nesse caso seria necessário ou configurar o regedit do servidor liberando uma possível vulnerabilidade ou o driver na versão V3. Então não consigo encontrar o driver. Pode me ajudar

An update was performed and the Type Model V4 driver was installed, so client computers are not receiving the driver for local installation, where a generic driver is made available by windows. I found some forums stating that if it would be necessary to either configure the server's regedit releasing a possible vulnerability or the driver in version V3. So I can't find the driver. Can you help me
