Product: HP DesignJet T610 44-in Printer
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 7 (32-bit)

Hello, I have error 79:04 on DesignJet T610 (44) (Q6712A) when boot. I want to reinstall the system firmware as in the manual with <firmware.plt>, because EWS don"t work. Standard FMW files that are available in the customer website will not work with this method, I will need to use a firmware file in PLT format instead, but the site  is not available. It would be great to get a link to the required firmware file in .plt format
