HP DesignJet T830 36-in Multifunction Printer

Hi and Hello everyone

Greetings

If its ok with u Guys I just wanna ask if what you were doing and experienced about issue in HP T830 Designjet the HP logo stuck and freeze on panel screen or loadings screen.. I've done checking all the cables wiring, but still tuck the HP logo on screen on startup. I have done to plug it out to turn it off, and the same issue occurs when plugged back in again. When I turn it on the HP logo screen panel for how many  times then it is still and remains the hp logo. I did plug and unplugged.  The printer has created no any noises or beeps. I pressed the white power button and it turns out into orange, just like that.  I have tried to unplugged to drain the power, to open and close all doors, pulling out the cartridges and i have  done  everything. I have tried all the service menu such as: safe load, no scan mode, no print mech, no scan no mech, drive flash, semi-reset, I've tried the following in order from the command of hard setting. But the HP LOGO remains stay on panel screen and still no changes. An error like this Guys please share me you experienced if its OK with you, Thank you very much and have a great day..
