Hello!

  1. For A2, A1 or A0 letterhead documents, do not print 50 mm from the bottom or top of the sheet.
  2. When ordering printing in two copies, the first copy comes out completely and the second copy is printed exactly as I described in point (1) above.
  3. From time to time the printing starts and stops but the cutter cuts the plate as if the printing had been completed.
