just changed the belt on my DesignJet T1100 and it prints vertical lines crooked

just changed the belt on my DesignJet T1100 and it prints vertical lines crooked ... No Errors and the print heads align no problem.  I am printing a PDF or a plan with grid lines.

Can you scan printed grid and post here? Can you scan alignment page also and pos it here?

Calibration strip cleaned?
Carriage rod cleaned and oiled?

Calibration strip is clean.  I did notice some movement in the belt tensioner so I may need to lube the Carriage Rod.  Any  recommendation on type of lube?  Would that be an Oil or Grease?
