Hi,
I have only see this happening after replacing a HDD, on this case you need to get a new one, Original and NEW.
It is odd that this happened after doing the EERom reset, so try the prosedure again in the order I mentioned and see if it goes back to user mode

Hi,
I perform the IDS test and the results were;
Tubes Usage: 5% and it pass the test
But the ISS test i couldn't perform is there a other way to perform this test.
after restarts the printer it when into Manufactering Mode again.
so i waited for a few minutes and tried it again and it enters the same mode again.

Hello Rashed,
I now that RDMENT have not replace the HDD. I'm giving an scenario based on my experience.
If the printer got to Manufacturing menu after the reset, maybe doing the same steps again and see if it get back to User Mode.
If that still does not work the next step will be replacing the HDD and Formatter. For this we will need the printer model number to provide the parts accordingly to the printer revision.
Try this other
- Turn the printer off
- Remove the formatter
- Remove the battery from the formatter for 5 min
- Put all back together and turn the printer on

Hello Mike & Rashed,
It's been a while, i have reseated the cables, but seems like the problem is not solved yet.
i removed the ink supply station to check for ink leakage and cleaned it, also clean al the contacts on the ISS.
The Ink supply Tube was leaking when i removed the ISS, so we clean the Ink Supply Tube and then install it back to try
starting the printer.
what can the problem be with the printer .
Best regards
RDMENT

Hi,
I had the Idea that you have replaced the tubes. If you have not, replace it.
If the ISS was contaminated with Ink and the printer does not recognize the ink cartridge, replace the ISS too.
After replacing the tubes, you might need a new set of ink to purge the tubes.
I will not recommend you to use the old MK ink cartridges.

Hello Mike,
i have replaced the tubes already and also the ISS, but have used a new MK ink cartridge to test it.
the problem was not solved and still has the same issue.
i have troubleshoot the tube & saw it was leaking inside the plastic cover of the tubes, so i cleaned it and install it again to test.
and still it doesn't see the MK ink cartridge.
i will try to install the old one today and see if it will work.

Hi,
If the new tubes were leaking, ask the place where you purchased it to get a replacement and use another MK ink cartridge
