@rain1992, Welcome to the HP Support Community!

Thanks for reaching out about your query regarding Error E0 on HP Deskjet 4155e Printer!

We're thrilled to have the opportunity to assist you and provide a solution.

Error E0 code generally indicates that there is a paper jam or a paper feed issue. Here are steps to troubleshoot and resolve the error:

Check and Clear Paper Jam

  1. Turn off the printer and disconnect the power cord.
  2. Open all accessible doors (input tray, output tray, and cartridge access area).
  3. Remove any visible paper stuck inside the printer carefully.
    • Make sure to check everywhere, including inside the rear access door if available.
  4. Check the paper paths and the rollers for any pieces of paper or debris. Remove if found.
  5. Reconnect the power cord and turn the printer on.
  6. Try printing again to see if the error is resolved.

Reset the Printer

  1. With the printer turned on, disconnect the power cord from the rear of the printer.
  2. Unplug the power cord from the wall outlet.
  3. Wait at least 60 seconds.
  4. Plug the power cord back into the wall outlet.
  5. Reconnect the power cord to the rear of the printer.
  6. Turn the printer back on.

Hope this helps!

Take care, and have an amazing day!
