Microsoft Windows XP

All the links I can find for a driver or manual have apparently expired or otherwise died.  Can't believe there is no one still using these handy and durable machines even though no one sells ink (except black refurbished) for them.  The computer I used died and with it the driver.  I ask for Win XP driver, but any would do.  I mainly use Autocad lite and all I can find only work with full autocad.  Anyone able to help?  Would happily pay a reasonable fee to keep from having to junk the plotter.

Thanks

Thanks much for the reply.  I'm not sure why I can't get any of these to work.  I downloaded them to a usb drive, loaded then into the XP computer (XP Pro with Svc pack 2,) and after unzipped could not find a setup or other executable file.  Will try again later.  Am doing it this way because the XP computer is too far from our wireless modem to log on and we don't use it for internet anyhow.  Will try again later, but, if you find the disc I would love to have the original file. Over the last 20 years, I misplaced the manual and disc that came with it.

Just got this after replying to the first one.  Will try it a little later.  Taking a break from the basement where the XP computer.  We have 0 degree weather now and not as much heat in the basement as I like.

 Dear Sir

Installing driver the traditional way

  1. Windows XP – Adding a Printer via IP Printing lpt port
Go to Start -> Printers and Faxes.
Under Printer Tasks click Add a printer.
At the Welcome to Add Printer Wizard click Next.
Choose Local Printer attached to this computer.
choose how is your plotter installed thought parallel port  usb
Uncheck Automatically detect and install my Plug and Play Printer.
    Click Next.
browse and find the place you downloaded the driver and extract it
    choose designjet 650 c
    finish and try
