hp scan doctor identifies driver device conflict. loaded new driver, printer activates when print job sent to printer but it stops and dos not print spooler has been reset. wireless connection has been reset. will print from copy command printer and computer reset numerous times

Do you have other printers/devices on the computer? Sometimes the HP printers don't play well together. Can you hook up the 3830 by USB for testing?
There's another area on the HP forums that deal with all-in-one printers. You might do a search for it and post there to get better answers.
