HP DesignJet T230 24-in Printer
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

hi, with my HP T230 24 plotter I'm having problems with the paper roll. precisely the plotter starts printing and then stops saying that the roll cannot be unloaded, as if it were an a4 or a3 sheet. I tell you right away that I have just changed the pc and in the previous one everything worked perfectly and when I installed the plotter in the new pc there were no problems. the problem is that in fact it does not print, not even the test page, it stops shortly after the start and it is necessary to turn off and on and reinstall the roll. in the driver I checked that roll was selected and that everything was fine. at this point i just don't know how to fix. Can anyone help me? thank you

May be a faulty oops sensor. Start there.
