Product: Desingnjet T2300
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

plotter model T2300 when switching on presents fault code 07.1: 11 h to 42% of the operating system rise then after a small movement of the print carriage it shows the fault 86: 01 is set OK and the equipment goes into shutdown pressure and does not turn off.

07 error possible cause is a bad power or data cable going to the ASIC.

 

86.01 is a scan axis failure, system should run diagnostics automatically when it restarts. Check for any blockages in the paper path.
