We have a Latex 360 and I found out it only gives the error 79.2:04, but only does give the error when connected with the ethernet cable, already did a Hard Disk Recovery and did not do anything different

Ensure all consumables are still in warranty period. Ensure firmware is up to date (or you may try to reinstall it from USB flash drive while starting printer). Disconnect from network and do a power cycle. Check job queue and delete any jobs indicating errors..or last ones...
