i am receiving the same error.... the machine does not complete the 4.5min alignment much less the 11 min alignment, please can you help me?
I have replaced printheads with new ones.

On my case it was the flexs on the printhead carriage assembly that have broken. I've replaced the full printhead carriage and now it prints ok again... with the same printheads that before were being refused randomly.
But sometimes the flexs dont break.. i also had this situation on a DJ800 that shares the same printhead.. sometimes it is just a bad contact between the printhead board and the flexs that go to the printheads. A simple removal.. clean.. and reattach sometimes fixes it.. (to clean the flex contacts you may use a white eraser.. works great)
