anyone knows why my printer printing something on white area which need to be blank and missing or adding weird color to the image , my print head alignment coming perfectly clean on same material looks like something massing the image. please help.

look at drivers or possibly a corrupt file that you are trying to print. Also make sure you have the latest firmware installed.
