Hi, I can print in Windows 10 (x64) using "HP Designjet Printer Driver v6.08 Data File Version v2.1". But I have different problem. I can't print in Archicad 21. In Archicad 20 work fine. Did the "Hp-gl/2 accessory card" resolve your printing problem when you use Windows 10 driver ?

I finally got it to work on Windows Server 2016/Win10. No more errors on desktop apps or the printer.

1. Added the GL/2 card, but that wasnt' the issue. Save your money and skip this step.

2. Install the PS driver located under Windows Server 2012 OS. You may find it under other OSes, but the key for me was the PS driver. Wasted about 2.5hrs of my life working on this, but I guess it's better than replacing a perfectly functional plotter.

3. FYI, I also installed the latest firmware released 8/18. Not sure if that was necessary, so you may be able to skip this step.
