HP DesignJet T650 36-in Printer

I have a designjet t650 that keeps telling me there is a "carriage jam" I've followed the prompts to open the print zone access window and can not find any type of obstruction or paper jam. I've been trying to get this fixed for days and am at a loss as to what else I can do to clear that message. Any suggestions are appreciated.

HP Recommended

Check to see if the railing that the carriage is riding on is dry. You may have to use some oil on it. 3in1 oil works well.
