Operating System: Microsoft Windows 7 (32-bit)

Designjet Z5200 ps photo printer

 

I am looking for some repair videos for the Z5200

The service manual for the Z5200 i already have but a few videos would be nice

 

I can find plenty videos for my Designjet 5500ps but none for the Z5200

That was the first place I looked.

Plenty of reviews,advertisements and the Z5200 printing but NO repair videos.

If you can find a video on a model that uses the same belt then instructions will be very similar. This is a very common chassis for HP, the difference comes down to number of printheads in the carriage.

The carriage assembly looks like it will be a pain to remove / install also I read where the double sided pads need to be replaced but in step 14 on I'll page 245 there is no mention of the pads .  The pads are only mention on page 254 of the service manual

In most cases the removal is not hard it just takes time to follow all the steps and ensure you do not damage any of the bushings when reinstalling the carriage.

The service manual I have is version 1 dated May 2010 is there a version 2 or newer version ?
