Dear engineer, hello, I have a t2530, turn on the power is in a state of sleep, can not wake up, may I ask is the motherboard or the power board failure?

One the back of the plotter there is a green power light and three orange lights which are diagnostics LEDs. If the power light is off then likely the power supply is dead. Otherwise post back the status of the three diagnostic leds

I found the fault with the lamp in the maintenance manual:
PSU LED:ON
Upper:OFF
Mid:OFF
Lower:OFF
There is a possible power failure in the formatter.
1.Reseat the power connector in the formatter.
2.Replace the formatter.
3.Replace the power supply unit
I try to change the power supply. If it is successful, I will let you know. Thank you.
