Product: HP DesignJet T630 36-in Printer
Operating System: macOS 11.0 Big Sur

The magenta cartridge does not work. Although it is full, when a color file is printed, magenta does not show up; when a black and white file is printed, it comes out green-ish. We have tried cleaning and aligning the printheads, to no effect.

Sounds like a printhead issue

The printhead itself is relatively new - only a few months old; also like I said we've tried alignment and cleaning to no effect. also there's no issue with the other colors, or printing in general. any other ideas?
