Product: HP DesignJet T230 24-in Printer

I have recently purchased a HP Designjet T230 printer having previously owned the Designjet T120 printer. Although I have loaded a roll of paper I cannot get the printer to print the full width of the roll. I cannot seem to get access to any user manuals. Whenever I attempt to access it I simply get a blank screen. Neither can I get access to the Bot. Customer service on this is dreadful, have I just wasted £600? Can anyone help.
