I have a Z5200 designjet that will not print the correct colors. When I print a diagnostic print the light magenta/light cyan and photo black/light grey will not print.  I have replaced the print heads and ink cartridges it did not resolve the issue. When I try to calibrate the printheads I get an error message "calibration cancelled due to scanning problems". Please let me know what you think will help resolve my issue. Thank  you!

TRY PRINT HEAD RECOVER, THE CALIBRATION SCAN THE PRINT COLORS BARS TO ANALIZE AND SAVE THE HEAD POSITION AND PRINT DENSITY, NO PRINTED BARS = NO CALIBRATION!

START WITH PRINT PLUGED HEADS = IN SINK WITH WORM WATER FOR FEW MINUTES, AND PAPER TO TEST THE INK DROPS. IF STILL DRY, USE SMALLSIRINGE WITHOUT NEEDLE AND APPLY SMALL PRESURE IN INK INTAKE PLUG. CKECK THE INK PRESENCE AGAIN.  WORK FOR ME ( RECOVER FEW OLD , DRY PRINT HEADS).
