From the service manual:

System Error:
61:01
Problem Description:
The file format is incorrect and the Printer cannot process the job.
Corrective Action:
Try the following:
• Switch the Power OFF from the back of the Printer and disconnect the Power cord. Reconnect the
power cord and power On the Printer.
• Check the graphic language setting of the Printer (Refer to the User’s Guide).
• Resend the file to the Printer.
• Check that the Printer has the latest Firmware version. If not, update the Firmware to the latest
version.
• If printing from a RIP check that the RIP version is the latest available.

Do you have the Z6100 or the Z6100PS model?

If you don't have the PS model (Adobe Post Script) you might have trouble printing anything from Adobe files such as PDF's or from Illustrator.  Check the language options on the menu front screen to see what language you're using.  Is this a document or is it a drawing file?

Also try converting the file to a word doc or some other file that the printer will understand the language.

I don't work for HP....I just repair their printers.
