Product: HP8170 All-in-One printer

HP8710 printer has error code after software update. Error code B89F8384.  Have powered off the machine for 3 minutes, held the power button down as was described in other community posts. When the printer is powered back on I just have a blue screen with the error code.  The print heads don't move and the scanner bed doesn't light up when powering on.

This looks like a hardware issue.

 

Please reach out to the HP Support in your region regarding the service options for your printer.
