Hello Community,

From last few months not able to print most of the files (DMG,PDF and JPG) getting error (file cannot be printed: File format is not supported supported file formats: JPEG,TIFF,HP-GL/2,CALS/G4) i reinstall drives multiple time windows 10 version 1903.

Is your printer a PostScript printer? You can tell by checking the model number on the data plate located on the back side of the printer. L2Y25A is Non PostScript and L2Y26A is PostScript. Which driver are you installing?

I found on local back  plate  Product no: L2Y25A ,L2Y26A i downloaded from Hp website mention below the link.

If your printer shows L2Y25A on the back then it is not a PostScript printer and you will not be able to print PDF's. What is the firmware version of your printer? You can get it by tapping the printer icon.
