Printer lists an error that says Cannot Print. Visit www.hpinstantprint.com for information. Printer does not print. New cartridges installed. HP diagnostics show all green.

For now, let us try these steps:
Restart the printer, the wireless router, and the PC
Restart the web services
Refer to this document to know how to turn it off.
To turn it back on, refer to this document.
If the issue persists, perform the steps 2 and 3 from this document.
