Hello again,
I am wondering what the setting is to have the phone base of a vvx350/450 audibly ring its other line appearances while you are on another call. I am using sipld 6.0.0.4796
I haven't found anything regarding that with the community and knowledge base search, so here we are.

Hello @Dan.W ,
Welcome back to the Poly Community.
I only tested this briefly and I believe this is working as designed. If someone is on the phone and a monitored BLF is ringing it will only visually present this on the phone.
If you disagree with this and want an official confirmation please go ahead and open a ticket.
In order to raise a support ticket, you need to work with your Poly reseller as they may need to do this for you.
End Customers are usually unable to open a ticket directly with Poly support.
If this is some sort of an Internet discounter providing your MAC address or your Poly devices serial will enable us to look up who would be able to support you. This may not be who you purchased the Poly device from.
If the unit is no longer within the warranty please be prepared to Pay Per Incident / PPI. This is all outlined in detail here
Please ensure to provide some feedback if this reply has helped you so other users can profit from your experience.

I agree, that's how it is supposed to work for BLF
My end customer wants to have their second incoming call audibly ring on the phone and not just hear a call waiting tone in their ear.
My previous wording mislead your response, sorry.
