CCX 500

Hello:

Can someone help to know if the CCX series, in specially the 500 and 600 can be updated to android 11 or beyond? as I know they run win android 9; I do upgrade the phone to the latest software release but I do not know if these releases contain an android upgrade or don't. the reason I’m asking this is because we are making an update to our MDM platform and the office services will not be available to android 9 or 10.

Hello @aldoagraz ,

welcome back to the HP Poly community.

Did you ever solve your issue >here<?

Without a follow up these posts just stay there unanswered and do not help other users or the search functionality.

In regards to your new question, our firmware includes any Android version we release.

You are unable to just update the Android version on your own.

We plan to update via PVOS 9.0 (yet unreleased and the name may change) the Android version for CCX and the Poly C60 phones.

Keep monitoring the forums for an announcement.

Best Regards
