I'm trying to upgrade the firmware on my poly soundpoint 331s and 335s from 3.x to 4.x. My understanding is I will need the BootROM 4.4.0 B Upgrader in order to do that. However, I can't seem to find a link to download the 4.4.0 B Upgrader anywhere within the HP/Poly website. Where can I go to download that file?

Hello @BBphones12

First download:

You can also try http://voipt2.polycom.com/

I cannot guarantee that any of these work today and/or will in the future.

These are the last "official" places where you can get the software.

If these fail today and/or will in the future there is no place anymore where these can be downloaded officially.

Regards

Hello @BBphones12 ,

welcome to the HP Poly community.

Considering that it is over 10 years ago that this process was introduced and the SoundPoint/SoundStation IP phones are end of life and end of support I wonder where these have been stored since then.

From our public VoIP FAQ:

Oct 7, 2011 Question: How can I set up my Phone / Provisioning / Download / Upgrade / Update / Downgrade Software?
Resolution: Please check => here <= and you need Poly Lens now to get access to Poly Software.

The 1st hyperlink "should" still contain the links to the required files. If this is no longer the case you would be out of luck and should look into a current VoIP phone that is still supported.

Best Regards

Thank you for replying, Steffen. I have read a lot of your diligent posts on here. Unfortunately, all of the links to the software that you referenced seem to be broken, so that means there is not a way to get the BootROM 4.4.0 B Upgrader anymore?
