Operating System: Android 9.0 Pie

When trying to generate a login code for Microsoft Teams the phone returns the error "Couldn't connect to Workplace Join". Please can anyone help with a resolution for this? The phones are running the latest firmware

You did not provide the Partner application version you are using.

 

This is important especially in the future when someone finds this post in days, months, or years to come.

 

For any questions around Microsoft Teams our partner Microsoft would be the best to answer these as they:

 

  • Provide the Microsoft Teams platform you are using
  • Provide the Microsoft Teams application running on our devices
