Edge B20

Using Edge B20 for the past week or two, all fine except this strange issue of going to silent mode after about 24 hours.  Basically, it receives the call and display LED is glowing and displays the call info also, but there is no ring sound even though volume is set to 8.  Even increasing the volume using buttons will not help, only way is reboot the phone. 

 

After reboot, it will continue to work fine till evening, then next day morning same issue. So every day morning i had to reboot as of now.

 

Installed latest firmware too, 1.1.0.6355. And same symtom.

The issue got solved after doing factory reset.

I guess i was too early to say factory reset solved.  Now instead of one day, every three days device goes to silent.  Even trying to play ringtone directly in the device does not product any sound at max volume level itself.  Only way is to restart the phone.

 

Anyone else have similar issue?  Its very difficult to get support in the region where i'm now 😞
