Product: Polycom vvx 410
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

Hello everyone, when I access the configuration web page for my polycom vvx 410, everything is empty!
I've tried several browsers, htpps or not, but still a blank page (except for the name of my phone on the top left)...

Help please

Soooooo happyyyy !!

I changed the language of my webbrowser to US and everything's OK !

Unfortunately, your post does not contain the currently used Software version for the HP Poly product, the HP Poly Software, or the Partner application you are using.

 

This is important especially in the future when someone finds this post in days, months, or years to come. Please do not simply edit the original post but reply with the versions.
