To pair the Group Series codec as a Trio VisualPro with the RealPresence Trio, Poly Trio Mode must be enabled on the unit using the following steps:

 

  • Go to Admin Settings > General Settings > System Settings > System Mode.
  • Select Polycom Trio Mode
