HP Recommended

The Phone will automatically always attempt to seize a line if the Handset is lifted. This may sometimes not desirable.

 

Using the below Parameter prevents the phone from doing so:

 

<polycom up.offHookAction.none="1" />

 

  • Using UCS 4.0.0 or newer the unzipped attached file can simply be imported via the web interface

  • Using a Software UCS 3.3.x or older (SIP 3.2) the change needs to be made to a configuration file or changed in the phone1.cfg

 

NOTE: Please be aware that the autoOffHook Parameter will be affected by this (Speaker and Headset will still work!
