HP Recommended

Hello Steffen Baier,

 

I have approached Polycom India (Bangalore and Delhi office), but I am not getting any support from them.

Please let me know whether I have option for escalation of this support issue.

 

Looking forward for your reply.

 

Please find the email communication with Polycom India.

No reply from them later regarding the support. I am ready to renew the warranty contract with Polycom.

So that my device will up & working without any issue later.
