HI, Im looking for help editing the config file for the phone system we are using (polycom VVX 411) in order to add a park button. I found code that will work, but I just dont know where to go to add it into the code for the config file...

found a workaround to editing the config. just created a speeddial on my phone using out star command that parks the call on its line. then we just enabled presence monitoring and it worked.
