Product: Edge E320

I'm unable to pair a Poly SY20 bluetooth speaker with the Poly E320 phone.  I can sync the speaker to other models of phone. Anything anyone can think to try? I would have thought the two poly devices would work with each other.

What Software version is the Edge E running and what software is the SYNC running? What error do you get?

The phone is at 8.2.1.0820, the SY20 (sync20) is 1903.4702

There is no error the phone just searches for the bluetooth device which is in pairing mode, never finds it and then times out.
